You have the right to request deletion of your Open Pool League account and associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.
Send an email to admin@opl-usa.com with the following:
Your request must be sent from the email address associated with your OPL account so we can verify your identity.
Upon account deletion, the following personal data will be permanently removed:
Match records (scores, outcomes, game formats) may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of historical league standings. Your name and identity will not be attached to any retained data.
All personal information will be deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request. Anonymized match history may be retained indefinitely as part of aggregate league records, but will contain no information that identifies you.
